Ecloria is both a developing fashion house and a curated retail destination. Product pages identify the relevant designer, brand or rights holder. Product designs, trade marks, photography and creative material attributed to Yupbro or another partner remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used under licence or permission.

Unless otherwise stated, Ecloria-authored text, Ecloria brand assets, website layout and Ecloria-owned campaign material are owned by or licensed to G.Sheeran Pty Ltd T/A Ecloria.
Permitted use
Website content may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, represented as another party's work, or used to train or provide input to an artificial-intelligence system without the relevant rights holder's written permission, except where applicable law permits the use.
