Pre-order and made-to-order releases allow Ecloria and its partner houses to produce detailed pieces with greater care. Each product page states the applicable status, inclusions and estimated production window.
Availability terms
In stock: available for normal processing before dispatch.
Pre-order: ordered before production or allocation is complete and subject to the disclosed production estimate.
Made to order: production begins or is allocated after the order, sometimes with limited customisation.
Two-stage pre-order payments
Reservation Deposit: refundable on request until you accept the Final Production Notice and make the Production Commitment Payment.
Final Production Notice: provides final production-version photographs or video, confirmed inclusions, final price, estimated production window and cancellation consequences.
Production Commitment Payment: after this payment, a change-of-mind cancellation may be declined or a reasonable amount may be retained only to cover documented, unrecoverable costs incurred for the order, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes, cancellation & delays
If Ecloria cancels production, cannot supply the item, or materially changes the design or agreed inclusions and you do not accept the change, all amounts paid for the affected item will be refunded. Material delays will be addressed according to the disclosed estimate, applicable law and the options communicated to you.
Mixed orders
An order containing in-stock and pre-order or made-to-order items may be held until all pieces are ready. Split shipping may be available where practical and additional postage may apply.
Product-page information
Before ordering, review the order-close date, estimated production window, selected package contents, size or customisation requirements, cancellation point and shipping arrangement. Avoid ordering for a fixed event date unless the item is already in stock and sufficient delivery time is available.
