Tracking becomes available after an order is dispatched and the carrier accepts the parcel. Processing or production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Before dispatch
An order confirmation means that we have received your order; it does not mean the parcel has shipped. In-stock items are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days. Pre-order and made-to-order items follow the production estimate shown on the product page.
Find your tracking
- Open the dispatch confirmation sent to the email used at checkout and check spam or junk folders if necessary.
- Select the tracking number or order-status link. You can also sign in to your Ecloria account using the checkout email to review your order.
- Follow the carrier link for the latest scan history.
- Allow time for the carrier to register the first scan, particularly after weekends or public holidays.
Multiple parcels
Split shipments may have separate tracking numbers and may not arrive on the same day. Check each dispatch email before reporting a missing item.
Delivery estimate
Standard delivery generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee; customs, peak periods, weather, security screening, carrier disruption and local postal conditions can extend transit time. See our Shipping page for details.
Tracking has not updated
International tracking can pause between export, customs and destination-carrier scans. A temporary gap does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost. If the order has moved beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can review the available carrier information.
Marked delivered but not received
Check the delivery address, safe-drop areas, building reception, household members and any carrier notice. Then contact the carrier where possible and email orders@ecloria.com.au promptly.
Contact order support
Contact us if tracking never activates after dispatch, the parcel is returned to sender, the delivery estimate has passed, or the carrier scan appears incorrect. Include your order number, delivery postcode, tracking number and any carrier correspondence. Do not post personal order information publicly.
