Brands, designs and content

Ecloria is both a retailer and curator and is developing its own house brand. Product pages identify the relevant designer, brand or rights holder where applicable. The display of a third-party brand or creative work does not transfer ownership of that party's intellectual property to Ecloria.

Unless otherwise stated, the website layout, Ecloria-authored text, Ecloria brand assets and Ecloria-owned campaign material are owned by or licensed to G.Sheeran Pty Ltd. Product designs, trade marks, photographs and other materials attributed to Yupbro or another partner remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used under licence or permission.

No website content may be copied, scraped, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, used for training or input into an artificial-intelligence system, or represented as another party's work without the relevant rights holder's written permission, except where applicable law permits the use.
