Made-to-order items are typically dispatched within approximately 6-8 weeks.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, event wear, alteration or damage are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Standard products, including clothing, accessories and standard-size made-to-order items, are eligible for a 14-day change-of-mind return when all return conditions are met.
Custom orders, custom-sized items, items altered at the customer's request, and clearly personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect any rights available under applicable local consumer regulations, including the Australian Consumer Law.
